The Governing Body wish to appoint a highly motivated and forwarding looking Head teacher to lead an experienced and enthusiastic staff in our high achieving school. Our ethos is based on the individual, our children, our supportive parents and our strong Governing Body working together with staff to enrich lives and support the community.

You will:

Ø Be an inspirational practitioner, proactive, with significant experience in both leadership and management and have excellent inter-personal skills.

Ø Be up-to-date with current practices and strategic development within education.

Ø Promote professional development at all levels for all staff.

Ø Have experience of a range of schools holding the NPQH at the time of application or be a serving Headteacher.

Ø Have an appreciation of Welsh culture, promoting Welsh bilingualism and the Curriculum Cymraeg.
